Open the resource file of iTunes, using ThemePark 3.1 on 10.4 or 10.5.
Choose PNG from a left column and choose ID-441 from column at the center.
After opening the downloaded file with Photoshop, right-click in the default sidebar image of right side column and choose "Retrieve From Photoshop".
